Our Managerial Values
We focus on the interaction between individuals rather than processes and tools.
Processes and tools should not become time-consuming and disrupt the interactions between individuals. As individuals, we are challengers and innovators, but we also take social responsibility towards society and embrace ethical values.
We focus on improvement through feedback rather than documentation of coercive rules.
We proceed with a value-oriented approach, prioritize and use resources accordingly to achieve the best in our focus on patients and the actions that affect them. We only produce documentation that expresses value and do not allow documentation that hinders progress and creates more burden than value.
We believe in collaboration with the customer rather than contract negotiations.
Contracts can at times be a hindrance to business progress. In this case, we talk to the customer to build trust and find solutions to increase efficiency and achieve fair cooperation. As long as customers are involved in the process, it is possible to provide the right services. We see the customer as part of the same team with enthusiasm, not as a separate and opposing party.
We believe in responding to change instead of walking with a fixed plan.
Being able to adapt plans according to changing conditions increases efficiency in services. We know that the plan is a tool, and that this tool requires acting together in parallel with change in order to achieve the goal. We are aware that success cannot be achieved by following a plan made at the beginning of the work when we have little information, and that plans will be successful through continuous development and adaptation over time.
